Day-by-Day Summary

Day 1

Arrival at Entebbe International Airport. Meet your Safari 62 Limited driver-guide and transfer to your hotel. Safari briefing and overnight near Entebbe.

Day 2

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park through scenic countryside and tea plantations. Lunch en route. Evening game drive.

Day 3

Morning game drive searching for elephants, lions, buffalo, and antelope. Afternoon boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, famous for hippos and birdlife.

Day 4

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest via the Ishasha sector, home of tree-climbing lions. Evening gorilla trekking briefing.

Day 5

Gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi. Trek with Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers and spend up to one hour with a habituated gorilla family.

Day 6

Scenic drive to Lake Bunyonyi. Relax at the lakeside or enjoy a canoe ride.

Day 7

Drive back to Entebbe with stopovers along the way.

Day 8

Transfer to Entebbe International Airport for departure.
